Thirty-First Sitting of the Legislative Committee

At the sitting held on 28 November, the Legislative Committee considered the bills on the President of the Republic and on the Republic Presidential Election, proposing that the National Assembly adopt these two bills in principle.



At the sitting held on 28 November, the Legislative Committee considered the bills on the President of the Republic and on the Republic Presidential Election, proposing that the National Assembly adopt these two bills in principle.

The Committee discussed the amendments submitted to the Bill on the President of the Republic and proposed that the National Assembly adopt 47 of the amendments, and reject the 9 amendments which are not legally feasible.

Having considered the amendments submitted to the Bill on the Republic Presidential Election (39 in total), the Legislative Committee deemed them all legally feasible and proposed that the National Assembly adopt all the amendments submitted to this bill.

The sitting was chaired by the Chairman of the Legislative Committee, Vlatko Ratkovic.
