Thirtieth Sitting of the Committee on Kosovo-Metohija
At the sitting held on 9 and 31 May the Committee on Kosovo-Metohija considered the Activity Report of the Ministry of Kosovo-Metohija for 2010 and for the period from 1 January to 31 May 2011.
The Minister of Kosovo-Metohija, Goran Bogdanovic and associates took part in the Committee sitting.
In the debate, the Committee members criticised the Ministry’s work in the past year and the first quarter of this year and did not accept the submitted reports.
The Committee also reviewed the Ministry of Kosovo-Metohija Information on the questions asked by deputies at the Committee sittings relating to the order of use of funds for economic development stimulation and entrepreneurship in Kosovo-Metohija in the period from July 2008 to April 2011, names of politicians whose mobile telephone bills were paid by the Ministry of Kosovo-Metohija in 2008, financing of the construction of one floor of the Ministry of Kosovo-Metohija office in Kosovska Mitrovica, procurement of equipment for a number of municipalities on the territory of Kosovo-Metohija and financing of the “Kosovo is Serbia” campaign.
At the sitting, the Committee considered the Ministry of Kosovo-Metohija Information on the realisation of the plan for the return of Serbs to Kosovo-Metohija.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Ljubomir Kragovic.
