At the sitting held on 24 December, the Administrative Committee discussed the requests of the judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia to establish the right to salary compensation after the cessation of judicial function. At the occasion the Committee brought documents according to which Constitutional Court Judges Branka Curcija and Milutin Djuricin meet the provisions of Article 114 of the Law on the Constitutional Court on the relisation of the right to salary compensation after the cessation of judicial function. It was also decided that there is no legal basis for Judges Dragica Marjanovic and Verona Adam Bokros to establish the right to salary compensation on the same basis considering that they meet the conditions for old-age pension.

The sitting was chaired by Dragan Todorovic, the Committee Chairman.

At this sitting, the Administrative Committee accepted the request to ascertain compensation for the rental of an apartment in Belgrade to the Member of Parliament, Zivojin Stankovic.
