Third Meeting of Working Group for Amendment of COSAP Rules of Procedure

European Integration Committee Chairperson Elvira Kovacs and Committee member Dr Ana Jakovljevic took part in the third online meeting of the Working Group for the amendment of the Rules of Procedure of the Conference of the Parliamentary Committees on European Integration/Affairs of the States Participating in the Stabilisation and Association Process in South East Europe (COSAP).

At the 20th meeting of the Conference of the Parliamentary Committees on European Integration/Affairs of the States Participating in the Stabilisation and Association Process in South East Europe (COSAP), held on 3-5 November 2024 in Belgrade, the COSAP member states agreed to set up a Working Group for the amendment of the COSAP Rules of Procedure during Albania’s presidency.

Each COSAP member state nominated a member and substitute member of the abovementioned Working Group, and on the occasion the European Integration Committee Chairperson Elvira Kovacs and Committee member Dr Ana Jakovljevic were nominated for member and substitute member on behalf of the European Integration Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.

The participants of the online meeting then continued the discussion on the proposals for the amendment of the Rules of Procedure and agreed to meet again to continue discussing the same topic on Friday, 21 February 2025.
