At the sitting held on 29 November, the Committee on Justice and Administration discussed in both principle and detail the Bill on the Republic Presidential Elections and The Bill on the President of the Republic.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Miroslav Petkovic.

The Committee members unanimously accepted the Bill on the Republic Presidential Elections in principle. Out of the 39 amendments submitted to the Bill, the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Committee accepted eight amendments which become a constituent part of the Bill.

In addition, the Committee unanimously accepted the Bill on the President of the Republic in principle. The Government and the Committee accepted five amendments out of the 56 submitted, which become a constituent part of the Bill.
