Talks with OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Representatives
Deputy Chairperson of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Gordana Comic and chairperson of the Foreign Affairs Committee Nada Kolundzija talked today at the Serbian Assembly with the Speaker of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Adrian Severin and the head of the OSCE Mission in Belgrade Stefano Sannino.
Representatives of the Serbian Assembly acquainted the guests with the Assembly's activities in legislating the changes, assessing that the help of the international community was invaluable, especially regarding the sensitive issues of arranging relations with Montenegro, solving the Kosovo and Metohia question, as well as the processes of our country's integration into the European community of nations.
The Speaker of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly expressed understanding for the problems we faced, saying that the Parliamentary Assembly supported reform processes in our country and would give assistance for our joining international organisations and institutions. He especially supported our efforts to make Yugoslavia a full member of the Council of Europe as soon as possible.
