Sixty-Sixth Sitting of the Finance Committee
At the sitting held on 27 December, the members of the Finance Committee considered and submitted 11 amendments to the Bills on the 2011 Budget of the Republic of Serbia, with its accompanying proposals of decisions granting consent to the financial plans for 2011 of: 1) the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Employees, 2) the Republic Health Insurance Agency, 3) the National Employment Service; amending and modifying the Budget System Law; amending and modifying the Property Tax Law; amending the Excise Tax Law and amending and modifying the Value Added Tax Law.

The Committee submitted 4 amendments to articles 1 and 3 of the Bill on the 2011 Budget of the Republic of Serbia, with its accompanying proposals of decisions granting consent to the financial plans for 2011 of: 1) the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Employees, 2) the Republic Health Insurance Agency, 3) the National Employment Service, as well as two amendments article 7 of the Bill.
The Committee submitted 1 amendment to article 4 of the Bill amending and modifying the Budget System Law.
The Committee submitted 3 amendments to articles 1, 10 and 11 of the Bill amending and modifying the Property Tax Law.
Two amendments were submitted to article 1 of the Bill amending the Excise Tax Law and 1 amendment to article 1, paragraph 2 of the Bill amending and modifying the Value Added Tax Law.
The sitting was chaired by Branka Ljiljak, Committee Deputy Chairperson.
