For the sitting, the Speaker proposed that the National Assembly debate, as the first item on the agenda, the Bill on the 2012 Budget of the Republic of Serbia, with its accompanying proposals of decisions granting consent to the 2012 financial plans of: 1) the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance, 2) the Republic Health Insurance Agency, 3) the National Employment Service, submitted by the Government.

In addition, the agenda shall contain the Bill amending and modifying the Excise Tax Law, Bill amending and modifying the Legal Entity Profit Tax Law, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Mandatory Social Insurance Contributions, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration and the Bill amending the Law on Public Roads, submitted by the Government.

At the sitting, the National Assembly shall also consider the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of a High Judicial Council member, submitted by the National Assembly’s Justice and Administration Committee.
