At the sitting held on 1 December, the Administrative Committee considered the Republic Electoral Commission Report for the purpose of filling a vacant deputy seat.

The Committee noted that the termination of the term of office of deputy Slobodan Maras, elected from the Liberal Democratic Party – Cedomir Jovanovic electoral list, left a vacant deputy seat at the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, in line with article 88 of the Law on the Election of Deputies.

As the Committee members had ascertained the existence of sufficient grounds to verify the term of office of deputy Bojan Djuric, the Committee proposed that the National Assembly note the verification of the newly-elected deputy’s term of office.

At the sitting, the Administrative Committee formulated the decision proposals on fines for the reprimands issued for disturbing the order at the First, Second, Third and Fourth Sittings of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2010. 18 deputies were fined for the following measures – one reprimand, two reprimands and denial of floor.
