Seventy-Fifth Sitting of the Committee on Science and Technological Development
At the sitting held on 11 April, the Committee on Science and Technological Development considered the Proposal of Conclusions on the review of the Information on issues important for the production of positron emission tomography (PET) radiopharmaceuticals in Serbia, prepared by the Vinca Institute of Nuclear Sciences.
The Committee members discussed the existing problems between Vinca Institute and the Clinical Centre of Serbia relating to setting the location for the production of cyclotron radiopharmaceuticals with Assistant Minister of Health Prof. Dr Petar Bulat, State Secretary at the Ministry of Education and Science Prof. Dr Radivoje Mitrovic and Vinca Institute of Nuclear Sciences Physics Laboratory Science Director Dr Nebojsa Neskovic.
Following the debate, Committee Chairman Srboljub Zivanovic informed all present that the Committee sitting would be continued on Friday 20 April so that the Committee members could adequately prepare themselves with the help of the relevant information provided by the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Education and Science to adopt the conclusions.
