Ninth Sitting of the Environmental Protection Committee

On 1 March 2023, the members of the Environmental Protection Committee held a sitting in line with Article 72, paragraph 5 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure.


The Committee discussed the significance of the People’s Initiative on the permanent ban of research and exploitation of lithium and boron for the protection of the environment in the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Aleksandar Jovanovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Zoran Stojanovic, Prof. Dr Vladimir Obradovic, Ivana Parlic, Prof. Dr Branimir Jovancicevic, Enis Imamovic and Radomir Lazovic. The sitting was also attended by MP Bosko Obradovic who is not member of the Committee.
