At its ninth sitting, the Committee on Justice and Administration considered the amendments to the Bill on the Constitutional Court. The sitting, held on 15 and 16 November, was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Miroslav Petkovic.

The Committee noted that out of the 87 submitted amendments the Government had accepted six which became constituent parts of the Bill, so the Committee members did not discuss them.

The rest of the amendments were not endorsed by the Committee.
