At the sitting held on 20 April, the Administrative Committee considered the Republic Electoral Commission Report for the purpose of filling a vacant deputy seat. The Committee noted that the termination of the term of office of deputy Vesna Marjanovic, elected from the For European Serbia – Boris Tadic electoral list, left a vacant deputy seat at the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, in line with the provision of article 88 of the Law on Election of Deputies.

As the Committee members had ascertained the existence of sufficient grounds to verify the term of office of deputy Ljiljana Lucic, the Committee proposed that the National Assembly note the verification of the newly-elected deputy’s term of office.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Nenad Konstantinovic.
