Nineteenth Sitting of the Administrative Committee

At the sitting held on 14 October, the Administrative Committee considered the Report of the Republic Electoral Commission on the election of a deputy for the purpose of filling a vacant deputy seat at the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.



At the sitting held on 14 October, the Administrative Committee considered the Report of the Republic Electoral Commission on the election of a deputy for the purpose of filling a vacant deputy seat at the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia. The sitting was chaired by Tomislav Nikolic, Committee Chairman.

The Committee ascertained that the termination of deputy Ferza Celovic’s mandate, elected from the electoral list For European Serbia – Boris Tadic, left a vacant deputy seat at the National Assembly and ascertained that the conditions have been met for the verification of mandate of deputy Bajram Sehovic elected from the same electoral list.

The Administrative Committee proposed that, in line with article 27 paragraph 5 of the Law on election of deputies, the National Assembly acknowledge deputy Bajram Sehovic’s mandate.
