At 8.00 she shall attend a lesson at the First Grammar School of Kragujevac at the invitation of Press daily newspaper on the occasion of the Memorial Day for all Serbian victims of World War Two. The National Assembly Speaker is the first signatory of Press’ initiative that 21 October be made Memorial Day.

From 10.30 she will be attending the commemoration of the Great School Lesson at Sumarice Memorial Park. This year the town of Kragujevac commemorates 70 years since the tragic event when the Nazis shot several thousands of pupils, professors and citizens.

At 20.00 at the Serbian Court Theatre National Assembly Speaker Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic shall take part in the play Seven by Swedish director Hedda Krausz Sjögren – a revolutionary documentary play based on talks with seven women’s rights activists from around the world.
