National Assembly Speaker Talks to Serbian Emigrant Society President
The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic talked today to Radivoj Dabic, president of the non-governmental organisation Serbian Emigrant Society about the organisation’s activities of national interest relating to cooperation with Serbian emigrants around the world.

Djukic-Dejanovic emphasised the importance of the Society’s many decades of work on maintaining and cultivating relations with Serbian emigrants and the affirmation of their role in raising the national identity of Serbs living outside
Dabic stated the Society’s needs and prospects aimed at raising the level of emigrants’ usefulness in their native territory, informing the Speaker that the Society’s future activities enjoy the support of all the Deputy Groups whose representatives are members of the NARS Committee on Relations with Serbs Outside Serbia. He also informed the Speaker of the initiative to pass a Law on the Serbian Emigrant Society.
