National Assembly Speaker Sends Telegram of Condolences to Family of Killed Policeman

NARS Speaker, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic, severely condemned the murder of police officer Zeljko Zecevic from the Police Directorate of Novi Pazar and sent a telegram of condolences to his family and the Police Directorate of Novi Pazar, where he worked.

“Accept the deputies’ and my deepest sympathies on the tragic death of your Zeljko. I was deeply shaken by the news that the member of your family lost his life in the line of duty, keeping public peace and order, and I sympathise with your pain. I am sure that the authorities in charge will bring the perpetrator of this horrible crime to justice as soon as possible. The representatives of the citizens of Serbia severely condemn this and indeed any attack on civil servants that protect the state order, lives and dignity of all of our citizens”, states the telegram of condolences.
