Strengthening the parliamentary and economic relations between Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina were the main topics of conversation.
Speaker Stefanovic said that, in the upcoming period, the National Assembly would offer full support to the improvement of economic cooperation between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia, via its legislative activity, primarily in the spheres of energy production and agriculture.
Bevanda stressed the importance of bilateral cooperation in the regional framework, especially as regards the two countries’ respective European integration processes where they would have to depend on one another. On the occasion, he repeated that Bosnia and Herzegovina prioritizes its cooperation with neighbouring states and highlighted the significance of the visit to Serbia.
The officials agreed that future cooperation between Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina should result in concrete economic effects and measurable growth of living standards of the two countries’ citizens.
