The participants of the conference were also addressed by Radoslav Sretenovic, President of the State Audit Institution; William Infante, UNDP Resident Representative in Serbia and Nils Ragnar Kamsvåg, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway to Serbia.

Along with the Public Procurement Directorate and Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, the State Audit Institution is one of the partners in the project “Strengthening Accountability Mechanisms in Public Finance”, endorsed by the UNDP programme. The aspects of the project cover creating a regional community of practice within which regionally connected institutions (mainly from Southeastern Europe) would be able to share experiences and good practice.
