National Assembly Speaker Meets with Tunisian Ambassador to Serbia

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Ana Brnabic met today with the Ambassador of Tunisia to Serbia Imen Laajili Ammari.

In the cordial conversation, the National Assembly Speaker thanked the Tunisian Ambassador for the cooperation and friendly relation between the two countries. She underlined the importance of continuing to strengthen bilateral relations especially in areas of mutual interest such as the economy, education, culture and tourism.

The Tunisian Ambassador congratulated the National Assembly Speaker on her appointment and wished her success in her future efforts. She highlighted Tunisia’s dedication to the improvement of cooperation with Serbia, expressing readiness to intensify joint activities which would contribute to mutual benefit and development.

Both sides agreed that it is vital to continue with the regular dialogue and high-level visits so that the existing relations could be further improved and strengthened.

The meeting ended with mutual wishes for the success and prosperity of both countries and the hope that their joint projects would contribute to the strengthening of friendly relations between Serbia and Tunisia.
