Ambassador Aljowaily thanked the National Assembly Speaker for his great contribution to the strengthening of bilateral ties between Serbia and Egypt in his previous posts, agreeing that the relations between the two countries are very good and that we should work to strengthen them further. The officials agreed that there is considerable room to improve relations in the field of economy, education, culture, information technologies, etc.

They went on to discuss the possibilities for improving parliamentary cooperation. National Assembly Speaker Ivica Dacic stressed that his upcoming visit to Cairo, at the invitation of the Speaker of Egypt’s House of Representatives El Gebali, as well as the bilateral meetings he would have in the course of his official visit to Egypt, would further strengthen the overall bilateral relations between the two countries
