National Assembly Speaker Ivica Dacic Sends Telegram of Condolences on Death of Miroslav Lazanski

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic sent a telegram of condolences to the family of the late Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to the Russian Federation Miroslav Lazanski:

"I was greatly shocked by the news of the premature departure of our Miroslav, our Laza, a great friend and professional. We cooperated and cultivated a beautiful friendship for years and losing him is a loss to us all. He was the best and most highly respected journalist in all of former Yugoslavia, and then became the Ambassador to Moscow, one of the most desired diplomatic posts. As the minister who signed off on his deployment to this diplomatic duty, I knew we were sending the best and he lived up to expectations. I sincerely regret the departure of my great friend, great journalist and diplomat, please accept my sincerest condolences.”
