National Assembly Speaker Ivica Dacic Meets with Gazprom Management Committee Chairman Alexey Miller

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic met at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum with the Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee Alexey Miller.

They discussed energy cooperation and realisation of strategically important projects.

Miller informed the National Assembly Speaker that the construction of the gas pipeline from Bulgaria to the Hungarian border was completed in accordance with the realisation plan and commissioning and commercial use are expected in autumn.

Cooperation with Gazprom in terms of ensuring the security of natural gas deliveries from the Russian Federation to Serbia was declared very successful and both sides expressed readiness for its further continuation.
