National Assembly Speaker Congratulates Yom Kippur

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic, extended congratulations to the Chief Rabbi of the Serbian Jewish community, Isaac Asiel, and all the members of the Jewish community in Serbia, on Yom Kippur, the holiest of holidays in the Jewish religious calendar.



The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic, extended congratulations to the Chief Rabbi of the Serbian Jewish community, Isaac Asiel, and all the members of the Jewish community in Serbia, on Yom Kippur, the holiest of holidays in the Jewish religious calendar.

“May you spend the holiday surrounded by the love of those closest to you, in the spirit of forgiveness and atonement”, the Assembly Speaker’s letter of congratulations said, among other things.
