National Assembly Speaker Congratulates Easter

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Maja Gojkovic congratulates Easter to all the citizens of Serbia celebrating the greatest Christian holiday according to the Julian calendar.

“Happy Easter to all the citizens of Serbia, with the hope that the coming Christian holiday brings the spirit of unity, solidarity and togetherness and gives us the strength and wisdom to, as a strong and united society, overcome all challenges that may lie ahead. The holiday is the time to remember our duty to keep Christian values, believe in an even better future and the triumph of hope and life over darkness. I wish the citizens of Serbia share the joy of Easter with their nearest and dearest in good health, peace and love. Christ is risen!”
