National Assembly Speaker Calls Local Elections in Zajecar and Kosjeric

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Ana Brnabic called the regular local elections for councillors of Zajecar City Assembly and Kosjeric Municipal Assembly for 8 June 2025.

“The previous elections in the two local self-governments were held on 28 March 2021. I have set 8 June 2025 as the final deadline for the elections so that any interested parties would have the time for nominations and run a successful election campaign. I wish you all success in the coming elections, may the best candidates win,” said the National Assembly Speaker.

The Decision calling the elections comes into force at the moment of its publication in the Official Gazette.
