The meeting focused on the secretaries’ general regular activities and the participants adopted the report and 2015-16 activities proposal of the European Centre for Parliamentary Research and Documentation (ECPRD). By a majority vote, the participants decided to continue the cooperation relating to training and exchange of experiences with the parliaments of the states with the status of “partner in democracy” at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (Morocco, Palestinian Authority and Kyrgyzstan).

The meeting was attended by more than 45 secretaries general from the Council of Europe member states, observers and “partners in democracy”.
