National Assembly MPs at TAIEX Seminar

At the invitation of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Enlargement, representatives of the Committee on Human and Minority Rights and Gender Equality will be taking part in the TAIEX seminar in Podgorica, on 27 and 28 November 2013.


The topic of the seminar is “Application of EU Gender Equality Criteria in the Western Balkans”. The goal of the TAIEX seminar in Podgorica is to motivate the countries in the region to meet the EU gender equality criteria, stimulate the main actors to strengthen regional cooperation, offer information on European Union legislation and policies and allow an exchange of information and best practice examples with EU member states.

The seminar will be attended by Committee Chairman Meho Omerovic, and Committee members Tamara Tripic and Bojana Bozanic.
