National Assembly’s Standing Delegation to NATO PA Takes Part in 79th Rose-Roth Seminar
The members of the standing delegation of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly Konstantin Samofalov and Igor Becic will take part in the 79th Rose-Roth seminar co-organised by the French Parliament and NATO Parliamentary Assembly in Marseilles, from 11 to 13 April 2012.
Among other things, the seminar will focus on the political and economic transition in the countries of Maghreb. Machrek and Gulf countries, security challenges in the Middle East following the “Arab Spring”, security sector reform in the North African and Middle East region, as well as assisting the democratic transition in the parliaments of the countries of the region.
During its stay in Marseilles, the delegation of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia will lay a wreath at the monument of King Alexander I and French Minister of Foreign Affairs Louis Barthou.
