MP Cotric at Celebration of National Day of Serbs in North Macedonia
“Serbia and North Macedonia are two friendly neighbourly countries whose relations are following an upward trend. The intensive political contacts at the level of president, prime minister, ministers and parliament members contribute to this, as do the continuous advancements of trade, economic and cultural cooperation and the Serbian and Macedonian minorities in the two countries”, said MP Aleksandar Cotric in Tetovo on 9 February, addressing the participants of the celebration of the National Day of the Serbian community in the Republic of Macedonia.
“The National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and the Committee on the Diaspora and Serbs in the Region are united as regards the status of our people in the diaspora and the countries in the region and are actively working on protecting the rights and interests of our fellow-nationals abroad, advancing the relations between the mother country and the Serbs living in the eight countries in the region, including North Macedonia”, said Aleksandra Cotric.
