Kovacs and Filipovski at COSAC Meeting Under Auspices of Swedish EU Council Presidency

European Integration Committee Chairperson Elvira Kovacs and Deputy Chairperson Dubravka Filipovski will be taking part in the meeting of the Chairpersons of the Conference of Parliamentary Committees for Union Affairs of Parliaments of the European Union (COSAC), held under the auspices of the parliamentary dimension of the Swedish Presidency of the Council of the European Union, on 29 and 30 January 2023 in Stockholm, Kingdom of Sweden.

The Swedish Presidency of the EU with the motto “Safer, Greener, Freer” has set four priorities: security and unity, competitiveness, green and energy transition, democratic values and the rule of law.

The COSAC meeting will gather the chairpersons of the European affairs committees of the EU Member States, candidate states and potential candidates for EU membership.
