Indonesia Friendship Group President Talks to Indonesian MP

Today, the President of the friendship group with Indonesia, Meho Omerovic received Prof. Dr Bomer Pasaribu, Indonesian Member of Parliament.



Today, the President of the friendship group with Indonesia, Meho Omerovic received Prof. Dr Bomer Pasaribu, Indonesian Member of Parliament.

In the meeting, the officials pointed out the traditionally friendly relations between the two countries, noting that said cooperation should be furthered and actualised. Pasaribu stressed that Indonesia supports Serbia’s efforts to preserve its territorial integrity and sovereignty in Kosovo-Metohija. The officials were interested in concrete cooperation in spheres of agriculture, cattle breeding, technical cooperation, education and environmental protection. Both sides also noted that parliamentary cooperation should be improved via deputy friendship groups and direct exchange of experiences between the deputies of the two parliaments.
