Hundred and Sixth Sitting of the Administrative Committee
At the sitting held on 1 December, the Administrative Committee considered the Republic Electoral Commission Report for the purpose of filling vacant MP seats at the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.

Having ascertained the existence of sufficient grounds to verify the term of office of MP Stanko Jovcic, the Committee proposed that the National Assembly note the verification of the newly-elected MP’s terms of office.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Nenad Konstantinovic.
