In addition to the Republic of Serbia, parliamentary delegations of Armenia, Albania, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, the Russian Federation, Romania, Turkey and Ukraine also took part in the session.

As Vice-President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation in charge of financial affairs, the head of the National Assembly standing delegation to PABSEC MA Igor Becic presented financial reports at the 62nd meeting of the PABSEC Bureau and 55th meeting of the PABSEC Standing Committee.

Becic was also the rapporteur at the meeting of the Legal and Political Affairs Committee on “Legislative Framework for the realization of the Projects connecting Europe and Asia (One Belt - One Road)” where he presented the report in which all the countries are urged to improve the sustainable transport systems supplying the economic, social and environmental needs of the people of the BSEC region so as to reduce regional differences and connect the transport infrastructure of the BSEC region with European and Asian networks.

In the course of the 545h session the PABSEC General Assembly adopted recommendations and reports on: “Legislative Framework for the realization of the Projects connecting Europe and Asia (One Belt - One Road)”, “Development of Financial Technologies in the BSEC Member States” and “Preservation and Contemporary Role of Historical Healthcare Facilities in the BSEC Member States”.
