Head of Delegation Takes Part in NATO PA Rose-Roth Seminar

The Head of the National Assembly’s standing delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, Prof. Dr Zoran Dragisic, took part in the 108th NATO Parliamentary Assembly Rose-Roth Seminar "Armenia and the South Caucasus in a shifting world: Strengthening Democracy and Regional Security", held on 22 and 23 September 2025 in Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.

The event, attended by around 160 participants, including representatives of parliaments from more than twenty NATO PA members and associate members, featured speeches by, among others, NATO PA President Marcos Perestrello, Armenian Defence Minister Suren Papikyan, Armenian Parliament Deputy Speaker Ruben Rubinyan, Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan, and NATO Deputy Assistant Secretary General for Operations Burcu San.

Topics discussed included the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan and the remaining challenges related to it; Armenia's partnership with the EU and NATO; strengthening democratic resilience in Armenia and the region, as well as the security and economic situation in the South Caucasus region.
