Gojkovic Meets with Kazakh Senate Chairwoman Dariga Nazarbayeva
The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Maja Gojkovic, taking part in the 4th meeting of Speakers of Eurasian Countries’ Parliaments in Kazakhstan, met today with the Chairwoman of the Senate of the Republic of Kazakhstan Dariga Nazarbayeva.
Nazarbayeva highlighted the importance of cooperation between the countries of the Eurasian region, stressing that dialogue breeds trust and trust leads to new projects that contribute to the economic growth and prosperity of nations.
The officials agreed that the political dialogue between Serbia and Kazakhstan was intensified and bolstered by recent top-tier visits and that both countries are very interested in strengthening their cooperation further. Gojkovic said that it is up to the parliamentarians as representatives of the people to advance the cooperation between the two countries and thanked Kazakhstan for its support in all the issues of vital importance for our country.
