Gender Equality Committee marks Human Rights Day
Members of the Gender Equality Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia met representatives of local gender equality offices and exchanged ideas on issues facing gender equality in Serbia and possible ways of resolving them.
Members of the Gender Equality Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia met representatives of local gender equality offices and exchanged ideas on issues facing gender equality in Serbia and possible ways of resolving them.
The Committee and its guests from local offices joined in marking 10 December, Human Rights Day, and expressed their commitment to the development of democratic institutions to support human rights.
Today is also the final day of events organised under the slogan “They have no trust, why?”. The Committee expressed its satisfaction with media coverage of the events, initiated on the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women.
