Fourth Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 20 October 2022, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Ministries, submitted by 148 MPs, in detail.


Of the 78 amendments submitted to the Bill, the Committee members found 65 to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia, while 12 were rejected as incomplete and one as insulting.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Jelena Zaric Kovacevic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dragan Nikolic, Dubravka Kralj, Milica Nikolic, Dr Ugljesa Mrdic, Radovan Tvrdisic, Branimir Jovanovic, Zoran Tomic, Dr Zika Bujuklic, Lav-Grigorije Pajkic, Dunja Simonovic Bratic, Nebojsa Cakic and Marko Keselj.
