At the sitting held on 6 October, the Administrative Committee considered the grounds for termination of office of deputies Lidija Dimitrijevic and Elena Bozic-Talijan and did not accept the proposal stating sufficient grounds for termination of office of these deputies.

At the sitting, the Committee adopted a Decision adopting the Rulebook amending and modifying the Rulebook on Internal Organisation and Job Systematisation at the National Assembly Support Service, proposed by the Secretary of the National Assembly.

The Committee adopted decisions on fees for the members of the Anti-Corruption Agency Committee: Dr Zoran Stojiljkovic, Dr Tanja Miscevic, Dr Branko Lubarda, Dr Slobodan Beljanski, Zlatko Minic, Dr Cedomir Cupic, Dr Evica Petrovic and Mileva Gajinov, starting from 15 April 2009 and Radmila Vesic starting from 29 May 2009.

The Administrative Committee adopted decisions on fining deputies Dragan Todorovic and Miroslav Markicevic, reprimanded for disturbing the order at the Eleventh Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2009.

The Committee went on to consider the objections lodged by DPS-Vojislav Kostunica Deputy Group to the minutes of the Fourth Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2009, held on 30 and 31 March, 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23, 30 April, 4, 5, 11, 12 and 13 May 2009.

Regarding the official letter sent by the head of the Serbian Radical Party Deputy Group, requesting the Administrative Committee’s opinion on the manner of application of article 120, paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure, the Committee noted that the request had been submitted by an unauthorised person, as, according to article 73, of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, the Administrative Committee gives its opinion regarding the application of particular provisions of the Rules of Procedure to the National Assembly at its request.
