European Integration Committee to Hold First Sitting Outside of National Assembly Headquarters
The European Integration Committee will be holding its first sitting outside of the National Assembly headquarters, on 15 and 16 November, in Topola and Arandjelovac.
At the sitting, the Committee members will be informed about negotiations chapters 11 (agriculture and rural development) and 12 (food safety, veterinary and phytosanitary policy) which will be discussed during the EU accession talks.
The agenda also includes the accessibility and manner of use of IPARD funds i.e. EU pre-accession funds for rural development.
The sitting is organised with the financial and logistic support of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)/ Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), via project Strengthening the Oversight Role and Transparency of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.
