Eighth Sitting of the Privatisation Committee
At its eighth sitting, held on 20 December, the Privatisation Committee discussed the amendments to the Bills amending and modifying the Law on Privatisation and on the right to free shares and financial compensation realised by the citizens in the privatisation process.
At its eighth sitting, held on 20 December, the Privatisation Committee discussed the amendments to the Bills amending and modifying the Law on Privatisation and on the right to free shares and financial compensation realised by the citizens in the privatisation process.
The Committee sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Nikola Novakovic.
The Committee unanimously accepted the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Privatisation in its entirety. The Committee decided to propose that out of the 36 submitted amendments, the National Assembly accept three.
The Committee also unanimously accepted the Bill amending and modifying the Bill on the right to free shares and financial compensation realised by the citizens in the privatisation process in its entirety. The Committee decided to propose that the National Assembly accept seven amendments submitted by the Government and four amendments submitted by the Privatisation Committee.
