Eighth Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications

At the sitting held on 5 July 2023, the members of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications reviewed the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Activity Information for the period January - March 2023.

The Activity Information was presented by Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Goran Vesic.

The Committee went on to consider in principle the Bill on the Interoperability of the Railway System, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Railway and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Air Transport, all submitted by the Government.

Following a discussion, the Committee adopted the bills in principle, as well as the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Activity Information for the period January - March 2023.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Ugljesa Markovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Tomislav Jankovic, Marina Lipovac Tanaskovic, Prof. Dr Vladimir Obradovic, Ivana Nikolic, Miroslav Kondic, Stefan Adzic, Dragan Jovanovic, Dragovan Milenkovic, Marija Jovanovic, Ivana Srbulovic, Djordje Todorovic, Predrag Marsenic, Djordje Stankovic and Jasmina Karanac, as well as MP Radmila Vasic who is not member of the Committee.
