Eighteenth Sitting of the Culture and Information Committee
At the sitting held on 30 October, the Culture and Information Committee discussed the Bill on Copyright and Related Rights currently on the agenda for the Second Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly in 2009. The sitting was chaired by Vesna Marjanovic, Committee Chairperson.
At the sitting held on 30 October, the Culture and Information Committee discussed the Bill on Copyright and Related Rights currently on the agenda for the Second Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly in 2009. The sitting was chaired by Vesna Marjanovic, Committee Chairperson.
The sitting was attended by representatives of artists’ associations and authors’ agencies who applauded the adoption of this law, but also made various objections and suggestions to the proposed solutions. Some of them were answered by Branka Totic, Director of the Intellectual Property Office.
