Eight Sitting of the Environmental Protection Committee
The Environmental Protection Committee held its eight sitting on 28 January and 2 February. The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman Cedomir Jovanovic, and attended by the State Secretary at the Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning, Dr Miladin Avramov, Assistant Ministers Aleksandar Vesic, Ljiljana Stanojevic and Danica Bacanovic and associates, as well as a representative of the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities.
The Environmental Protection Committee held its eight sitting on 28 January and 2 February. The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman Cedomir Jovanovic, and attended by the State Secretary at the Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning, Dr Miladin Avramov, Assistant Ministers Aleksandar Vesic, Ljiljana Stanojevic and Danica Bacanovic and associates, as well as a representative of the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities.
At the sitting held on 28 January, the Committee members discussed the Draft Law on Packaging and Packaging Waste, the Draft Law on Chemicals and the Draft Law on Biocides.
In the continuation, on 2 February, the Committee members discussed the Draft Law on Air Protection, the Draft Law on Nature Protection, the Draft Law amending and modifying the Law on Environmental Protection, the Draft Law amending and modifying the Environmental Impact Assessment Law and the Draft Law on Protection and Sustainable Use of the Fish Fund.
