Our cooperation within the framework of the "Belt and Road" initiative and the cooperation mechanism between China and Central and Eastern European Countries are a confirmation of our excellent bilateral relations, two extremely important and significant forums for the further intensification of cooperation on a regional and global level, which Serbia is fully dedicated and attaches great importance to.

I would like to take this opportunity to repeat my deepest gratitude to the People's Republic of China, one of the greatest friends of the Republic of Serbia, for its consistent position on the issue of Kosovo-Metohija, i.e. for its strong support to the preservation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Serbia, which for us is a matter of vital national importance.
