Culture and Information Committee Chairperson at European Museum Forum Annual Conference

The Chairperson of the Culture and Information Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Vesna Marjanovic is taking part in the annual conference of the European Museum Forum (EMYA) in Glasgow, Scotland, where the best European museums will be given awards.


Vesna Marjanovic, who is also the Vice-Chairperson of the Committee on Culture, Science, Education and Media of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, will be speaking in the Council of Europe panel on the role of museums and libraries for the development of democracy and civil society. Vesna Marjanovic will also be presenting a charter to the Marseilles Museum of European and Mediterranean Civilisations (MuCEM), this year’s winner of the Council of Europe award for best museum.
