Children from Vukovar Visit National Assembly
National Assembly Deputy Speaker Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic and Deputy Chairman of the Committee on the Diaspora and Serbs in the Region Miodrag Linta received children from kindergarten Vukovar 2 at the National Assembly House today.
Deputy Chairman of the Committee on the Diaspora and Serbs in the Region Miodrag Linta said he was very pleased to greet the children, teachers and the Director of kindergarten Vukovar 2, especially since Vukovar 2 is the only kindergarten in Vukovar to provide a programme in the Serbian language and Cyrillic. He also emphasised the importance of cooperation between Belgrade pre-schools and other pre-school institutions in the region. Linta said this visit will prove important because the children of kindergarten Vukovar 2 will gain knowledge that could be useful to them in the future.
