Chairman Markovic meets with Speaker of ‘Republika Srpska’ Parliament
The Chairman of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Predrag Markovic, today met with Igor Radojcic, Speaker of the National Assembly of ‘Republika Srpska’, the Serb entity in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
The Chairman of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Predrag Markovic, today met with Igor Radojcic, Speaker of the National Assembly of ‘Republika Srpska’, the Serb entity in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
This is the first meeting between the two parliamentary heads since the election of Mr Radojcic to the office. The co-operation between the ‘Republika Srpska’ Assembly and the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia was constant, and involved all levels, the two officials agreed. Markovic and Radojcic also discussed the position of ‘Republika Srpska’ after the failure of constitutional reforms in Bosnia-Herzegovina, and the role of Serbia and Montenegro in the region after the Montenegrin referendum on independence.-
