Candidate for position of Serbian Prime Minister proposed

Having consulted with parties represented in the National Assembly, the acting President of the Republic of Serbia, Dragan Marsicanin, convey ed to the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia the proposal for the position of Serbian Prime Minister.

Vojislav Kostunica, the proposed candidate, president of the Democratic Party of Serbia, confirmed his acceptance of the candidacy for the office of Prime Minister.
