Brnabic Meets with President of Latvia
The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Ana Brnabic, currently in official visit to the Republic of Latvia, met with the President of the Republic of Latvia, Edgars Rinkevics.
"It was a pleasure to talk with the President of the Republic of Latvia, Edgars Rinkevics. Serbia wants to strengthen its diplomatic presence in the Baltic countries and we have decided to open the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Riga.
We discussed the bilateral relations between our two countries and various opportunities for their improvement in a number of areas.
I conveyed to the President of Latvia the warm greetings of the President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, and an invitation to visit our country," said the National Assembly Speaker after the meeting.
